All parties are conveniently held at your home or local park (with adequate space) in Marin County, CA.

Birthday Party Details, Terms & Conditions

Deposit Information:

Your deposit of $250 holds the party date and time you have selected, for ten participants, and is non-refundable. The full amount of your deposit will be charged to your credit card upon booking your party.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your party, you are still responsible to pay for the time slot you have booked
No refunds for cancellations.

Party Location:

When booking your Gymnastics Bus party keep in mind the default location for all Gymnastics Bus birthday parties will be the host's home address (i.e. The address listed on your account when registering for your party.). You can also host your party at a local park provided the instructor approves of the location prior to the party. The host will be responsible for reserving a 60 foot long level parking space for The Gymnastics Bus.

Late start time:

Sometimes due to traffic and travel time the instructor may show up a bit late. When this happens the party time will be extended accordingly due to the time of arrival.

Guests:

For the most fun at your Gymnastics Bus party, we recommend that you keep the number of participants between 5-10 children aged 3-7 years old. Each Gymnastics Bus party has a limit of 10 participants. Younger participants are welcome to join in the fun too, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times and space is available. Older siblings are also welcome to participate if space is available.

*** Important***

In order to limit the spread of Covid-19 parties are limited to 10 kids maximum, with no more than 8 families attending a party. If your party has more than the limit of 10 kids and 8 families your party will be canceled. No refunds or credits for cancellations.

Party Activities:

Each party is 45 minutes long and will feature the following:

Different gymnastics apparatus set up on the bus!
A fun, high energy warm up activity!
An exciting Gymnastics obstacle course done to music!
Creative and relaxing body stretches to wind down the class.

Student attire:

Face mask *Required for all participants, regardless of age*
Loose fitting clothing your child can move freely in
Long hair pulled back into a ponytail or braid

Food & Drink:

In order to maximize your child’s time in class, I recommend celebratory food be served after your Gymnastics class has ended. Having water bottles on hand for participants is recommended.

Illness policy:

Children are not permitted to join class if they are sick, or have any of the following symptoms: fever, runny nose, cough, or are sneezing. No refund or credit will be given for student absences or illness.

The Gymnastics Bus program takes the following precautions in limiting the spread of COVID-19:

For lessons on The Gymnastics Bus all windows on the bus will be open for fresh air and air flow.
Smaller group sizes than the county recommends, we limit our groups to 10 maximum.
Space all kids and equipment 6 feet apart.
Only allows one person on each piece of equipment at a time.
Everyone is required to wear masks at all times during class.
Instructors have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
